How do I begin using eCorp?


Visit our home page and where it says "Login to eCorp", select eCorp, then enter your Access ID. This will take you to a screen to enter your password. Click here to view our Business Online Banking Demo.

How much does eCorp cost?


Capitol Bank's eCorp online banking services are free of charge. Other fees within the product may apply.

Do I need special software to access Capitol Bank's eCorp?


No. You just need an updated copy of any standard web browser, like Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. Due to browser settings, we recommend Internet Explorer for compatibility.

I'm concerned about security on the internet. Is my financial information safe while I use eCorp?


This is a common concern about any transaction you make on the internet. Our Online Banking uses the latest technology that has been developed to protect data through encryption or coding of the information. This ensures that only authorized people can see the data, and the only way to see that data is to supply the correct password.

You can help protect your information, as well as the banking systems, by protecting your password. Your password is the only way to access your account information. Please keep your password secure.
We want you to know that any breach of the security of our systems is a serious issue for Capitol Bank. Our success depends on our ability to manage these systems safely. We will do everything we can to ensure the protection of your financial information.

What services and accounts are available in eCorp?


Capitol Bank's Online Banking allows you to view account balances, transfer funds between your Capitol Bank accounts, and make your Capitol Bank loan payments. You can access almost any account you have with Capitol Bank, including Checking, Savings, Money Markets, Certificates of Deposit, and Loans. The ability to pay your bills online is available through Busness ePay, which is available through eCorp. You have the ability to originate  ACH transactions, use Positive Pay, use eCourier, initiate Stop Payments, and set up other employees to view the accounts.

Why do I need to have an Access ID, a password, a Challenge Questions/Answer and chose an authentication image and passphrase for my eCorp account?


To increase security, the online banking web site uses multi-factor authentication to identify customer accounts.  The Log In page is split into two separate pages as part of a Layered Authentication approach.  The Layered Authentication is a security feature designed to protect the privacy and security of your personal information. The Challenge Questions/Answers are used to identify you and prevent unauthorized access to your information. The display of the Authentication image and pass phrase verifies you are at our website, not a fraudulent look-alike site. For additonal security, we may instead require a "token".

How do I change my Capitol Bank eCorp password?


To change your password, log on to eCorp. At the top of the screen select "Options" and then click on "change password".  This will open the "Password Change" window.  Follow the prompts on the screen and then submit. Once you have changed your password, you will begin using the new password the next time you log onto eCorp.

What should I do if one of my accounts isn't visible in eCorp?


If you don't see one of your accounts on your initial Accounts screen, please let us know by calling us at 608-836-1616.

Is the information I see in Capitol Bank's eCorp current?


Yes, the balances that you see for checking and savings accounts are real-time and will change throughout the day to reflect your transactions. For example, if you initiate a one-time transfer between your accounts via eCorp, or if you use your Capitol Bank Debit card, your balance will be updated to reflect this activity.

What types of accounts can I transfer funds to and from?


You are able to transfer funds between any of your Capitol Bank savings and checking accounts, within the limits specific to your accounts. You can also make loan payments by transferring funds from a savings or checking account to a loan account.

When will my transfer take place?


If your one-time transfer is initiated before 6:00 p.m CST, the transfer will take place on the same business day. However, if your one-time transfer is initiated after 6:00 p.m. CST, the transfer will take place on the next business day.

Is Capitol Bank's eCorp compatible with software that I already use to manage my money?


Capitol Bank's eCorp can export transaction information to Excel, Microsoft Money®, Quicken and QuickBooks.

Your Business Financial Management software user guide provides instructions on how to pull the transaction detail into your software. For assistance with your Business Financial Management software please consult your user guide or contact your support.

What should I do if I have a question or need to talk to someone at the bank?


You can contact us via email. We will respond to you no later than the next business day. Or you can call us at 608-836-1616 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

What are the hours for Capitol Bank's eCorp?


Capitol Bank's eCorp is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The only exception is for system maintenance that will occur occasionally, and will be done during off-peak hours.

What is an eStatement and how do I access it?


Any statement that Capitol Bank previously mailed to you will be available via your eCorp account. These are called eStatements. Capitol Bank will email you when a new statement is available for you to view.
