Business Loan Resources

Small Business Administration (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP Loans)

Capitol Bank SBA PPP Loan customers:
The forgiveness application for borrowers is now available. The borrower must complete this application to be eligible for PPP Loan forgiveness. The form includes detailed information about eligibility for forgiveness and instructions for calculating these costs. You can click here to download the PPP Loan Forgiveness Application.
It is important to note that the SBA still needs to release additional guidelines for borrowers on completing the form, as well as guidance for lenders detailing our responsibilities. Once this information is received, we will pass it along to our PPP customers in a timely manner. In addition, while the application is available borrowers may not apply for forgiveness until the 8-week period following your loan disbursement has lapsed. We will accept applications from borrowers once the 8-week period has been reached. As a reminder, there is a 60-day period following our receipt of your forgiveness application during which we must review and submit to the SBA for their official decision on the loan forgiveness.
