A wire transfer is the fastest way to transfer funds from one bank account to another.  Wires are used to transfer funds within the United States or to another country. Use the links below to complete a wire transfer request. 

Wire Transfer - Domestic Incoming

Provide this form to your customer so they may remit payment to you via a wire transfer.

Wire Transfer - Domestic Outgoing

Use this form to wire funds to another bank located in the United States.  Once the form is completed and signed, fax it to 608-836-9045 or drop it off at one of our locations.  A Capitol Banker will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the form.

Wire Transfer - International Incoming

Provide this form to your customer located outside the United States so they may remit payment to you via a wire transfer.

Wire Transfer - International Outgoing

Use this form to wire funds to a bank located outside the United States.  Once the form is completed and signed, fax it to 608-836-9045 or drop it off at one of our locations.  A Capitol Banker will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the form.
